Abstract
In the 1980s, due to the rapid development of trade and industry in Taiwan led to people emptiness, Buddhism prose hence growth. Buddhism prose by Lin Qingxuan loved by readers. Malaysia due to the development of the wave of Islamic revival in the eighties, Malay literature began to pay special attention by putting religion values into literature and this was followed by Buddhist writers. Prose by He Naijian is praised. This paper attempts to analyze the choice of theme, narrative gesture and expression of the two authors’ first collection of Buddhism prose, to explore the most “primitive” of Buddhist literature similarities and differences, in order to discern the cultural similarities and regional characteristics of Buddhism prose.
